What is Office 365?

As part of the Office 365 ProPlus subscription, students have access to the latest versions of Microsoft Office for use on PCs, Macs, tablets and phones at no cost. Online apps are included providing access to online versions of Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel on any device at any time.

What's included?

  • A full, installed Office experience across PCs, Macs, Windows tablets and iPad and Android tablets, and most mobile devices.
  • Install Office applications on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets (Windows, iPad, Android), and five mobile devices with Office Mobile. 
  • Includes desktop versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access*, Publisher*, Skype for Business, and OneDrive. *Access and Publisher are not available for Mac operating systems.
  • Updated regularly, as often as monthly, with new features.
  • 1 TB of cloud storage on OneDrive for Business.

Activate Your Office 365 Access in eLearn

In eLearn, look for the Office 365 sign in button. Sign in using your Mohawk email. You will enter your email address on two different web pages before it is activated.

Click the widget to sign in to  you Office 365 Account


The Office 365 Widget will now appear on the right hand side of eLearn.  The widget shown below includes tabs for Outlook Online, Calendar and OneDrive.

Use Outlook online

  1. Login to Mohawk Email
  2. Office 365 app launcher opens when you click (or tap) the app launcher icon. app launcher icon
  3. Click on Office 365

Access Office 365 directly from the Microsoft Office Portal.

Use your Mohawk email address to sign in.
